This family oriented Race/Walk is for participants of all ages on March 24 at 9am at Detweiler Park. There is a 5K Race for all ages; 1 mile Fitness Walk; 1/2 mile Kids’ Fun Run
- Walk or run through portions of the world’s largest model of the solar system, an experience that is out of this world.
- Participants will follow the routes of interplanetary explorers through the solar system from the Earth to Mercury, Venus and Mars. The total distance for the 5K runners will be equal to the distance from Earth to Jupiter.
Join the Cinderella cast (Corn Stock for Kids) for a Tea Party on Sunday, March 18, 2 PM to 4 PM, at St. Paul's Episcopal Cathedral, 3601 N. North St., Peoria. Cost is $10 per person and will include treats, crafts, face painting and a meet-and-greet with Cinderella cast members. Call 676-2196 for reservations. Seat are limited, so RSVP soon!
YMCA Easter Egg Hunt

March 31st at 1:00 the Peoria YMCA will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt, Fired Up Craft Corner, Face Painting, Marble Art, and a story book corner. The Easter Bunny is also expected to make an appearance. The event is free but you must pre register! Call (309) 692-7631 for more info.
