Splash in some water to beat the summer heat! Some of my mommy friends have been doing the rounds at the local water attractions. Below are some of the most popular. Santa Fe Park's Splash Pad in Chillicothe is the newest water attraction in the area. Plus, the train engine playground nearby is a hit, too! Harry La Hood Park in Washington has an awesome water play area with sprayers, sprinklers, and fountains.

Little Farmers Camp June 8 or 15 Little Farmers Camp is for children 5 - 7 years old who love animals and being outdoors. Little Farmers Camp is offered the first three Fridays in June from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. Camp activities include feeding and watering the ponies, petting the lambs, feeding the calves and hunting for chicken eggs.
