The Backyard Talent Show for St. Jude is run by a group of four cousins: twin girls in Washington and sisters in Morton. Over the last three summers they have raised over $26,000! The 4th Annual BYTS for St. Jude will take place on Saturday, July 30th at Idlewood Park in Morton.

Helicopters, Fire Trucks, and Horses, Oh My! These and much more will be at Peoria County's Sixth Annual Emergency Expo on Wednesday, June 15 at the Shoppes at Grand Prairie from 4:00 - 7:00pm. Rain date is June 16, same time and location. Over twenty local emergency response agencies will display their emergency equipment in the parking lot along War Memorial Drive for the public to explore & experience, free of charge.
