i hope everyone had a good thanksgiving. i probably ate too much pumpkin cheesecake at my in-laws. but i walked on the treadmill to get back into the swing of things when we got back.

i hope you're all doing well with improvements or maintenance! just keep active! and let's see who's going to win the $90?
