The hotline is statewide toll-free number that allows drivers to anonymously report unbuckled children. Reported drivers will receive a letter and information regarding child passenger safety laws. This is a public service program brought to you by Children’s Hospital of Illinois, Tazewell County Sheriff’s Department, and Peoria Area Safe Kids.
