This display lights up the Illinois River in East Peoria's new RiverFront Park. The main attractions are a carousel created from lights and numerous other lighted displays, including a 40-foot Christmas tree. Visitors can stroll through the brisk night air along RiverFront Park's paths for an up-close look at the displays, with the Peoria skyline serving as a beautiful backdrop. 11/24-12/31.
