Pekin Main Street's Downtown Trick or Treat and Halloween Parade
3-6 p.m. in Downtown Pekin

Visit participating businesses for treats, then head to James Field to participate in the Halloween Parade (which begins at 5:00 p.m.). Costume contests of all ages immediately following the parade on the Courthouse Square. Call 353-3100 for more information.
