One of the Peoria Park Districts signature events returns to the RiverFront in 2009. The first day of the River City Soul Fest celebrates Gospel music with a variety of local choirs and more! Dont miss the soulful sounds of Gospel on the RiverFront, as well as merchants, food, and more.
