Why this Fit Moms Group was started	Groups: Fit Moms This group was started to provide online support to exchange tips, ideas, and encouragement with other moms. To help improve and maintain fitness. Also, the holidays are coming up, and we don't need any extra weight. And there's a phenomenon called "winter weight gain" which we don't want to see. Also, i just had a baby, and want to go back to pre-pregnancy weight.
