Kids ages 5 to 15 are invited to wear their rottenest sneakers to WPSP. The winner and one parent will be flown to Montpelier, VT in March 2010, all expenses paid to compete at the National Odor-Eaters Rotten Sneaker Contest with winners from across the country.

Peoria Public Library and Junction City are bringing your children a special story time at Junction City at 10:30 a.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of June, July and August. The story times, which last about 45 minutes, are at the Butcher Block. Children will receive a light snack and hear wonderful stories to spark the imagination from Peoria Public Library Children’s Librarians.
